Steam recovery system

The recovery principle of the gas recovery system is to collect all kinds of exhaust gas (hydrogen, argon, etc.) discharged in the production and then enter the gas recovery system. The exhaust gas is secondary treated by chemical reaction, chemical adsorption, physical adsorption and other methods, and the purified gas is used as feed gas for production cycle.
